Only the desserts. There is nothing worst than reheated stuff for the big day. It would be like leftovers for Thanksgiving. You'll do fine if you can line up some help for Thanksgiving to help you with the side dishes. I agree with the poster that gravy and rolls should be done shortly before the meals is served. The only thing that I do ahead of time is season the Turkey and chop the onions and celery for the stuffing/dressing.

What I do a couple of days b/4 the big day is make my cornbread & boil the eggs & chop the onions & celery for the dressing. I also cook the onions & celery. They can be frozen until ready to use. The day b/4 is my big cooking day. I assemble the dressing, make my pies, jello salads, assemble any casseroles such as greenbean casserole, candied yams. I also get the turkey ready for the oven. All I have to do on Thanksgiving morn. is put the turkey in the oven. I also make my mashed potatoes & giblet gravy right before the meal. Hope this helps. No matter what Thanksgiving dinner is a major meal to put together but it is worth it to see smiles on all the faces of the people I love!!

Items to cook day before: Pies, cranberry sauces, sweet potato casseroles can be mixed and refridgerated so you only need to pop them in the oven, ditto with stuffing (don't stuff the turkey! Just mix up the ingredients!)
Same day - just cook the turkey and gravy and whatever other veggie... and bake casseroles in oven while turkey is "resting" before carving. Use prepared rolls that don't have to be baked or warmed.
Use all aluminum foil baking pans (they toss into the garbage at dish time) and consider using heavy quality disposable plates at your table if you're having a large crowd. They make some now that are quite attractive and durable. There's even plastic silverware that looks like silver!

specific that does sound like a stable concept. Doing this facilitates you to concentration on the main significant dishes and whan the nutrition is complete you probaly do not elect to stay in the kicten all day so once you're performed with the meal all you have chose to do is only take the dessert out decrease then relish.

you should cook the turkey, because it takes 9 hours to cook it. If you want to make a non-dry turkey. Put the turkey on low heat about 250, and bake it for 9 hours.
I asked my teacher, he's a chef so he knows how to make good turkey.
