Phrased in that manner, the words don't convey what the actual wisdom is.

You can achieve much -- but not all -- of what you can visualize. That visualization would include the steps necessary to achieve a goal.

I believe in this if it is something possible to achieve such as getting your dream job. but I can "concieve" that I want to be a mind reader. That doesn't mean I am going to do it.

No, the mind can conceive some pretty bizzarre and awesome things. One only needs to examine an acid trip to be aware of this.
