I hate hate.I think it is the most despicable emotion. It takes to much energy and stress to hate.It ages you faster and destroys meaningful relations. Is it not easier to love? I am not talking about hating material items. What I mean is to hate people or ideas etc.... .Personally I do not hate anyone and never will.

I agree with you 100% .. The problem thou is humans have an innate malfunction to be mean... If someone has a bad day what do they do, they take it out on the 1st person they see.. The old kick the dog syndrome...
Some people are just inherently mean... My guess would be childhood, life etc.. Of course that doesn't solve anything but they think so..
You are absolutely right and it has been proven that it takes more muscles to frown than it does to laugh...
The only solution to this problem is to never respond to hate....
Show love instead... Hopefully with enough good responses , a person will change..
This is a very good question to by the way, :) I wish more people would love and be kind to each other...
After all, we all have to live here... Love and Blessings to you

Because we are taught a violent way to use language that traps us in a lose-lose fight with the world and the people around us.

Or that's how things are according to Marshall Rosenberg in Nonviolent Communication. Worth reading if you're into a positive way of looking at why we hate and how to get over it. I'd also recommend Prisoners of Hate by Aaron T. Beck.

Someone said that humans are innately mean. There's actually been research that suggests that humans are innately compassionate, and then are taught by the people around them to be self-serving and mean (they tested toddlers and young monkeys and found that both were very helpful and giving; can't remember the name of the report, or I'd cite it). It's an interesting idea to consider, at the very least.

because people know that if the hate or despise someone then they do not have to be bothered w/ the person, they forget about the hate that they carry around , that eventually will eat @ their nerves, so they think it's easier to hate .
To love takes time & patience & a lot of people do not want to be bothered w/ that, so they would rather do the other.
Some people hate because it's what they were brought up around & they don't know any different.
God says not to judge & to love so in the long run thats what is best .

take care

Most times people just hate because they are ignorant. It's also a result of insecurities and jealousy.

I personally think that in this day and age everyone should want to learn about others and love and appreciate the differences among us.

it's always easy to love, yes I'm with you.. But, you'll never know love when you haven't met hate yet.. those two things are very far apart from each other that it made them inseparable..

and about your question. . . You know why people hate hate? .,..

it's because they love love...

the problem is you can't get rid of hate without swiping love out of the way... they are opposites...but they survive through each other.. (am i making my point?)

Yes, any type of hate or violence or envy or strife makes me cringe. I avoid any of that and try to think and speak kindly to everyone. Hate is foreign to me but I suppose some people are immersed in it from the circumstances, upbringing or choices in their lives and they are trapped in that negative arena. We need to help, gently guide and pray for these people that they will be released from the bondage of hate. We all need to cling to peace and goodwill.

i can view your question in two way,

one is sensitive way, if u look into the matter love and hate are emotion or refelection of your feeling about one person or idea. Then it is wrong, because here emotion is priority not about the person or idea.

but in second way i.e., knowledge way, if u look into the matter love and hate in knowledgeable way, u will decide according to the person or the idea. so here the person or the idea is priority.

any way love and hate are the experssion of one's emotion. it also may be hate or love but any way it is already expressed. so again one don't need to express their view of expressing into others experssion.whether it is wrong or right!!

hope your expression will only love by everybody!!

Love and Hate are two sides of a coin. If you think you love someone underneath you hate too.

People hate because they are afraid. The opposite of Love is fear. Fear and hate go hand in hand. But If you have Faith, there is no fear......and when there is no fear...there is Love.
Keep the Faith!
