What is the minimum employee strength required to pay Provident Fund by a company?

Hi I am working in Indian company( software marketing and technical support company), Our company (5 engineers, 1 accountant, 1 receptionist ,1 director and 1 managig director)pays me gross amount every month , it wont pay any PF , but i want to show in savings to avoid Income Tax ,
