because i heard that ps3 will look more better on new Televisions. I can only buy one think PS3 or TV and i have tv so i dont want to buy both. It will too expensive for me.

Some stuff to keep in mind-
Do you have any ps2/Xbox games? Both are backward compatible. Keep in mind that no one is certain that Blue Ray is going to win out over HD DVD right now, so don't buy it just for Blue Ray. Also as good as the PS3 looks, remember that first generation(as in the first ones out) are always buggy, and it might not be a great idea to pay big bucks for a buggy system. Also, my understanding is that the online gaming is a lot more problem free for the Xbox 360 than the ps systems. If you want to buy a system now, I'd go with 360 because it's cheaper and the most bugs would be worked out. If you're waiting to wait a year or so, see what how the online works for the PS3. But if it's a "gotta have it now" system, I'd go 360.

I recommend you to buy the PS3 because Sony has a better gaming history than Microsoft also if we look to the past, PS2 is much more popular than the XBOX.

I think they overprice the PS3. So I would buy Xbox360. If you go on Ebay you'll find out the same people are buying them and that the same people are selling them.
