I am trying to find some underwear for this elderly man and I am wondering what stores carry it?

Canadian Tire, Marks Work Warehouse, WalMart, Zellers.
All of the above for two piece stuff. Try to get the ones that have 2 layers. They're much warmer.
If you're looking for one piece union suits, I have seen them at WalMart, but not often.
