i want to know is there any kind of mineral which can easily observe & also give us 100 % assurance that this land is definitely bearing bentonite (in short i would like to know that is there any kind of mineral which give us 100 % guarantee of having bentonite in the land from which it comes)

Absolutely correct! I second the motion.

There is never a 100% guarantee of anything in mineral prospecting. Even with a good site analysis and positive assay results, it may be there in commercial amounts, or just enough for collector's amusement.

The guy above is absolutely right. There is not way to do a field analysis to determine positively if the mineral is bentonite.

Bentonite is a highly plastic, very fine-particle clay mineral. It is loaded with ancillary ions. The only way to know if you have Bentonite is to grab a sample, dry it, grind it, and add water with a syringe to the surface of the powder. If the water causes little balls of dirt to form, it is a ball clay. Bentonite is a form of ball clay. To know for certain if you have a bentonite deposit you are going to have to send it to a lab for X-ray diffraction analysis.
