As per the UAE immigration law a person cannot be able to sponsor a housemaid of same nationality (I guess you are from India, as per your name mentioned) even if you meet the required criteria, I mean the salary package. You can sponsor any other nationalities but have to pay Dhs 4800 on yearly basis to the department, it is non-refundable.

Better you consult with your company PRO or HR personnel prior to apply for the visa.
