this is for people who know about guitars?

i have an ibanez rx40 .i just bought some strings for it and when i hit the low note on the d or g string it makes a "plonk"kind of noise.what should i do?

make sure the neck is perfectly straight (take it to a pro) and make sure all frets are sanded properly! Most of the time when you buy a mass produced guitar you will need to take it to a pro to fine tune it!
