It doesn't sound like white spot, or "ich"

i imagine if it was stick in a decoration, it stuggled. when it struggled, it may have damaged the skin... when a fish has damaged skin it is very prone to fungas or parasites.

if it's a cotteny white, then treat for fungas. if it looks like very fine straight "threads" sticking out, treat for parasites.

The fishy is infected with white spot!Add salt quickly or it would spread to the other parts of the aquarium.
