Almost everyone does. All day your standing up or up right. When you lay down to sleep your body has to adjust its self...there for your muscles will twitch! Hope that helps. God bless

When I'm asleep, I twitch. Its the body's way of slowing itself down. At least that's what I've been told.

I have no idea what your talking about. What is twitch? I thought that was when your nerves made your skin move. (muscle twitch).

Yes, but I have Tourette's syndrome and Cerebral Palsy, so maybe that is why. As for you, I'm not sure. My sister 's arms shake while she is sleeping, so perhaps she has the same thing you do.

Yeah sure I do the same thing, I think it's something to do with transitioning from a no sleep mode to a sleep mode or something, it's been a while since I looked it up.

I used to get it a lot, I actually felt it myself in my state of semi-sleep.....but I haven't felt it for years now....either I'm sleeping more deeply and am not aware of it anymore or it goes away with age....

Usually only when I insert metal objects into electrical outlets. Mainly, I just shake, rattle, and roll.
