Recently, there was a similar question from a Mexican living in Israel wanting a Florida license. He pointed out that he was not allowed to take the licensing exam without a social security number.

Are you a Mexican citizen? US citizen? Green card holder?

I don't know all of it, but check with the Florida real estate commission. You will probably need at least a work permit, preferably a green card to get a license to practice real estate in the United States. If no social security card, then at least an IRS tax number. Your broker will need to give you a 1099 at the end of the year.

There are many real estate brokers who give classes, you have to study then pass the school exam and then the State exam, then you're licensed to sell real estate in Florida..☺
