sounds a bit crap.
dinner yes as long as its nice. how about a nice dress or a bracelet. or something less sleazy/tacky than underwear.
leave her to buy the underwear to treat you.

The candlelit dinner sounds lovely, the sexy lingerie sounds a bit tasteless and one sided to me, you obviously love your wife very much, but sexy lingerie is something you buy her at any other time of the year but not for anniversaries, birthdays and Christmas, its not personal enough for her and more a present for you to admire her in, how about a small, but pretty pair of earrings or an eternity ring if you can afford one, I would be thrilled to bits with just the dinner myself, what better way to spend an evening with the person you love most in the world, whatever you decide on, have a lovely anniversary.
