Figure around 120 bucks per gig (pc2700 for your system) check at newegg.com or tigerdirect.com.. One thing that you should really look into. I just worked on an emachines box and in my opinion the there wasn't enough in the way of cooling fans. Look at adding a extra case fan or two. The new video card and memory will pump out more btu's and stress your system if you are not careful.
Another future concern your power supply make not have the necessary wattage and beefier power supply will cost you around 60 bucks.
