When you finally achieve this, be sure you let everyone know exactly what two breeds of canine you used to produce the "Ichi". You wouldn't want vegetarians eating it thinking it was meat free.

If you were an animal activist, a vet, an anthroplogist - like Sir Richard Attenborough - they would. But you're not, are you?
Here in Australia they are naming a breed of crocodile after the late Steve Irwin. For the same reason they named a rose after Princess Diana after she was killed.
Perhaps you should die. Then they'll name a dog after you. (That was a joke. Please don't get upset).

Cross-breed something that hasn't been cross-bred before, or fund the cross-breeding. You can name it anything you want!
And if you make it small, like the size of a medium-sized mouse, Paris Hilton will get one and you'll be famous as that King Charles Spaniel dude!
Good luck!!

Usually you have to be responsible for breeding two types of dog to produce your own established pedigree of dog. After that is all documented and accepted, the breed will be named after you(If you'd like).
