Eat healthy and stop eating fatty foods and unhealthy snacks. Don't eat more than 1500 calories per day have 3 light meals and healthy snacks inbetween these meals. Eating this way will increase your metabolism. Drink plenty of water to reduce water retention and promote health. Start exercising and building muscle mass. Muscle needs more calories than fat. This too will increase your metabolism.

Thighs and hips are the most difficult areas of the body that lose fat.

First of all, you will need to change your lifestyle. Stop sitting on a couch whole day and move around. The key to toning up these areas is ACTIVITY. Go for a walk everyday for about 45 minutes. Cycling is also one of the best exercises that target the thigh and calf muscles.

For best results, join a gym or yoga classes. The instructor will be able to sort out your problem.
