Met a girl, had a good time. She tells me shes not over her ex though, and wants to remain friends for now, and she'll let me know after shes got her thoughts sorted out. This is true (thats shes not over him), as I know.

But what does this mean? Does it mean shes not into me? Or does it mean that she likes me, but actually is too into the guy still?

Run..as fast as you can!! I have seen girls like this..they keep you on the sidelines so to speak..just in case this thing does not work out w/ him..she has you to fall back on!!! Remain friends..if you want to..but tread slowly..don't get serious w/ her!! I have to give her credit for being somewhat "honest"..but not too much..it's only her way of making it seem acceptable for her to see him when she is not w/ you!

It means she is having her time on her terms to satisfy her physical need . Better do not involve yourself emotionally . Relation should be purely to enjoy the time .That's it .

she feels lost, confused. I do not believe she wants to manipulate you. She was honest, sincere. Sometimes it takes time to get over someone we loved in the past. Sometimes it happens fast, sometimes it never happens.
Good luck.

...actually, she has got the "double standard"....and if you are serious enough...then pay more attention to her.
