A very good question indeed and I'm not sure whether my answer would be upto the mark.
Manipulation isn't just a woman's prerogative. Men are equally manipulative if not more. I would like to draw your attention to a glaring example - the Indian elections, where a predominantly male majority literally slog it out. And see what's on offer. Empty promises, some quick fix solutions, a royal feast with liberal doses of alcohol for people who can't manage two square meals a day and much more. And if such enticements don't work, then goons armed to the teeth ensure the needful. Isn't this manipulation? Business and industry are full of examples where deals are manipulated. Isn't dowry, which a majority of honourable Indian males so rightfully demand from the bride's family at the time of getting married, an example, where the exalted status of a boy's family in Indian society is manipulated to the hilt? And regarding the example of a woman going to a boss's bedroom that you have given in your question, just remember that an equal number of males don't regret to lead their attractive spouses to their bosses' bedroom to advance their careers.
The majority of women are physically weaker indeed, compared to their male counterparts. Getting things done by exploiting their feminity, is therefore justified to the extent where ordinary powers of persuasion don't work for them. But it is time we changed the definition of the weaker sex. The manipulated is primarily powerless over his or her own self and in a lot of instances spineless as well. And therefore they are definitely weaker.
Finally, whether it is the manipulator or the manipulated which is the yard stick, a large number of men wouldn't definitely come out with flying colours in establishing the real strength of their selves and their sex. And I am a man.

No. You are completely wrong. what is the percent of the so called manipulative sex (women) ? It is very nominal and may be less than 1%. But men I am sorry to say pick up all the opportunities to have sex abuse. Even the very eyes and looks of more than 50% of the male in the society is bad. How much money these males spend to get sexual enjoyment from pro********.
It is very bad to have wrong idea about women like this. They are after all your and my mothers and sisters. Best of Luck-

ALL animals use whatever talents they have to get by and flourish (including men). Women know how to use abilities other than brute force because we have to, but not ALL women use the kind of attributes you are talking about. As a matter of fact, most of the women I know are not. You have to have cleavage in order for it to work when you flash it! Most of us use our brains.

This is a very interesting question...Fact is, physically, female is the weaker sex. Now it is up to us, males (men) if we allow them to be manipulative.

There are bad people everywhere...bad women are manipulative, bad men are ruthless.
You don't see women causing wars for stupid reasons, do you? Think that is men...and think that is stooping as low as you can go.

All of us want him and so we will do anything to impress him.
This CAN go both ways.. Sorry you obviously don't have the power or you would of noticed. :)
