They're really beginning to get all over many of my plants and I have'nt found a spray that completely gets them all !

Try Shultz Houseplant Insect Spray. It's made from crysanthemum flowers. It lasts about 3 weeks and kills the various stages of their life cycle. Make sure you spray the bottoms of the leaves too. Repeat after 3 weeks just to make sure. It's a houseplant spray but you can use it outdoors too.

Use rubbing alcohol with a Q-tip and apply to all mealy bugs every few days until gone or apply Safer soap ulltra fine oil spray

I found a good method to get rid of them is to stick matches head down around your plants. That did for the ones that had infested my house plants. The plants did not like it a lot either, but that may have been overdosing on my part (5 matches for one smallish basil), and the basils recovered within a few days. The other plants seemed to be all right.
This helps against the little hopping things ,too.

you can try an insecticidal soap , or alternatively , a synthetic insecticide . if you haven't got a big area to cover , best way is to clean the bug off by hand , that way you get the 'corners' if you know what i mean . good luck

spray chlordane - definitely will cure every bug problem known to man for fifteen years once applied

u need to either sponge every leaf with repelant or just increase the dosage ....
bug off is a genrally good brand
