Other free tools worth mention are TCPView from Sysinternals (
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/Networking/TcpView.mspx) which provides a simple real-time table of network traffic enpoints and Ethereal (http://www.ethereal.com) which provides broader network capture and analysis functions.
