i am victim of unfair treatment by usa court. i am declaed as out of usa legally even thogh the court in usa went on exparty aginst me as a repondent and that has harmed me badly. can the usa court do such injustice? does the principle of natural justice not violeted?

This case requires more attention. 1 when you left America. 2. When the case was filed. 3. Why you did not attent the case.
If you came to know about this matter only after exparty decision, you have right to appeal.

If nobody represent you here in the court,they can give ex party decision.If they do not know your side of the story,they do not have a choice.
