you have to delete old programs and create a enough space. After gaining enough space, You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at

I had this problem when Undelete Professional and Norton Antivirus were running at the same time. There were instructions on Undeletes web site on how to fix it.

If you do not have these programs, its probably a similar type conflict. Do control alt delete and find out what program is using so much of your computer. Then google the problem or go to the softwares web site and look for a solution.

Good Luck!

yes the virus is causing your problem. first go to my computer and right click if you have windows XP go the the system restore tab and turn off system restore, next run your antivirus and follow the prompts it gives you to remove the virus, after removing it remember to turn system restore back on, if you try to remove a virus with out turning system restore off it will make a copy of it and reinstall it!! one of the down sides of Windows XP and ME.
