Neither. The biggest terror comes from knowing that there are people out there who get offended when someone actually takes a stand against the scumbag terrorist's that kill indiscriminately. There are a lot of naive people out there. As unpleasant as the war against terror is, it is a necessary evil and it is easy to sit back and criticize the people who lead the fight which keeps you safer at home. All you Bush and Blair basher's, doesn't it just piss you off that a lot of terrorists have been laid to rest?

Blair hasn't got the power so it's got to be Bush. I'm glad you didn't include Howard, 'cause he's only got the power to huff & puff.
