For me it keeps churning in my head, and I either have dreams about the sorrow or I just can't sleep at all.

Sorrows only come when you let it
when your mind is rest you don't think or you don't feel emotions. I really don't think it's doing anything

it also sleeps and wakes up when I'm awake until I finally realise to move on and then it will leave me..
