For me, to have a little hideaway, a place where only select friends are invited. A place to relax, get away from my workload, and pursue nothing of import for a few or more days here and there.
A place to reconnect with my inner being and simply be.

This way you can have a place to go to to cut grass on the week-end.
Your wife can take her house work on vacation with her, she won't get bored this way.
A place for relatives to drop in for on the week-ends.
Watch the movie with John Candy. "Week-end Rental" then run.
A place to get poison Ivy.
A place to spend money on you can't afford.
Do you want me to keep going, been there, done that, woke up and ran.
