im 12 years old and ive hit puburty i workout almost evrey day

At your age do not expect to make huge muscles gains. You body is adjusting to puberty, you are burning a lot of calories & your hormones are wild.

If you workout 4 times a week, eat right and sleep well. You should expect to see some visible muscular improvment within 4-6 weeks. The best results will probably be in your bi-ceps, hamstrings and stomach. Do not expect a big difference in your chest and shoulder muscles. These muscles can start developing at a much later age 17+ because of hormonal changes that kick in at this age and that is why the older guys, even those who do not work out have broader shoulders.

Start eating like a horse. Lots of protein; Lots of carbs.
When you tear those muscles, whatever you have been eating is what's going to fill them.
If you want to be tone, lots of reps, with lower weight
If you want to obtain mass, lots of weight, with no more than 12 reps. if you can do more than 12 reps with the weight you're using, then you aren't using enough weight.
In one day you should be eating 3 meals, 2 protein shakes, and all the other garbage you want. Brown rice and milk are the two main suggestions the serious guys always told me about, you know, the guys benching 300-400 lbs. :)

Oh one other thing, if you see someone that looks like how you want to be looking, don't be afraid to go up and ask them how they did it, and what they are doing to maintain it.

maybe 1 year if you will regular go to gym 3 times per week.
