Yes it is Ok but why would you want to do it? I mean if you are husband and wife then why show off your love to public unless you are experimenting something.

Go for it. I don't mind seeing people in love showing affection in public as long as they keep it closer to PG 13 than NC 17.

It depends on the other people`s feelings. We all have different feelings about that. For example, consider young children and very old people! But if I saw that in public it would irritate me because one who says "I love you" means that what he/she feels is very important for him/her and this is what is called "a personal matter".
I wouldn`t do it in public myself, it is too personal and serious for me too show it off like that! It would create negative atmosphere.

It's ok to show your love, but there are certain places where is not right to do thatt, for ex in a restaurant with older people, or in a bus, super market,places where u eat (somebody is eating and you show your tongues,yeak:))))LOL
It is ok to kiss while you r walking (mind the small children)........

Why not, it is nice that your husband loves you enough to show his affection for you. Also it is nice to see that couple hold hands, you see so many moms yelling, and people angry that it is nice to know that there are people in love out there.

it depends on where you are. in my country its illegal to do so. what about where you are?
you don't have to do it if you don't want to. but when the feeling is right and you know that you want to i say you should go for it. but don't do it just because every one else is doing it. do it because you want to.
