make them work out? j/k. To help sperm levels...no smoking, no drinking, no drugs, no hot tubs, no excessive running or bicycling, no briefs (stick with boxers). Basically..you dont want anything that is going to keep them hot and close to the body.

First, there are lots of behavioral things to do or not do. Don't wear tighty whities. Don't go in hot tubs. Don't eat too much spicy food or drink alcohol. No smoking. Ejaculate regularly.

There are lots of things you can take to improve your sperm. Check out this article here, which discusses what you need and why. http://myvasectomyreversal.com/male-fert...
The quick run down is that you need a good multivitamin, lots of vitamin C and E, selenium, and L-Carnitine. Some people suggest fish oil, too. You can buy a supplement called Fertilaid for Men, which some people really like, but it's not cheap. You can do just as well buying individual supplements, I think.

my husband was on vitamins directed by his doctor. limit the alcohol and cigarettes if he has them.
Healthy eating. Fresh meat and chicken not take away's..
Also wash properly the fruit and vitamins, because they could have sprays that damage the sperm.
sperm needs 3 months, so vitamins and all that start working.
I remember I went to the doctor and told him the lifestyle of my husband, and he ordered vitamins. Everyone is different. Doctor's also give you tips on what he should eat or not. Basically healthy food.
Good luck

I think you should check out the maternity ward in a hospital. They have a lot of helpful information if you're trying to conceive. These things really shouldn't be done blind!
