There are already too many bottom feeders (I know I'm from Detroit!!) to expand to more cities although a couple more to make each conference have the same amount of teams would be the best situation.

With Canada having the CFL and Toronto already having a good football team, it is HIGHLY unlikely that there would be an expansion to compete with the CFL. (An interesting alternative to that would be to combine the CFL and the NFL... Hmmm would it work??)

I'd say that LA above all others would remain a top priority. Although the NFL is popular in Canada, I doubt it would be a viable option. Other cities could include Las Vegas, Orlando & Richmond, VA.

any more than 32 teams would be too much..they have made plans to play regular season games in mexico in the future..and in canada..a couple teams are threatoning to leave to differen't cities..but first in line would have to be L.A...i could see a city like toronto supporting an NFL team though

1 Los Angeles
2 Toronto
3 Virginia
4 Utah
