I have
ASUS A7N266 VM Mother Board with 2200+AMD Processor and 512 DDR installed. With SAMSUNG 40GB HDD.
I'm Not able to Install Windows Xp Prof With SPk2.
I'm Getting Below Error with Blue Screen

Please tell me how I can overcome this problem and able to install Windows Xp ASAP? Also I tried to installed by changing another RAM from my friends computer. Priviously its working fine its showing now while I tried to format and reinstalled.

Please make sure that you are not installing the two operating systems on the same partition.

What Windows XP CD are you using? Sometimes the version of the CD will affect installation. For example, when I used a GENUINE CD to try installing my Windows XP I got "file missing" errors all throughout the installation. I used my Dell OEM CD and it worked like a charm. I would say try cleaning the CD. If that doesn't work and you have no other Windows XP CD, just skip the missing file. I believe there is an option to just skip the file.

check your RAM, there might be a RAM problem, Since it gives physical memory problem.
OR
Enable ACPI option in BIOS setup in advance setup option.

mostly you RAM has problem, but XP have some minor problem with VM mainboard too.

try removing your ram then remove the dust from it...then place it again...
