I am working as a draftsman in Central Government organisation in India. My legal duty is to prepare engineering drawings. Where as i have been ordered to prepare estimates & tender schedules for the works which is not at all a part of my duties i.e. preparation of drawings. In this regard, i have been blackmailed with severe punishments if i don't do the same. Also, i have been ordered to sign the tender documents. Further, i have been forced to adopt some unethical practices in favour of a sect of people. This is all against my will and i am undergoing lot of mental agony due to all of the above. I request some legal advise in regard to what method i have to adopt to overcome the above situation.
