First you have to find out why you're sleepy. Possible causes:

1) If you're not getting enough sleep, or poor quality sleep, you'll be tired all day. It could be your bed, stress, physical problems, or something disrupting your sleep.

2) Other medical issues can cause tiredness, most often by altering your blood sugar levels. Examples include high-carb diets, caffeine dependence, or (again) stress.

3) Maybe your work is boring. Simply livening up your work space or changing your routine a little may help; or you may need to find another job.

4) Your sleepiness could be psychosomatic; i.e. a physical symptom of an underlying psychological problem. For example if you feel you're not getting proper recognition but are not able to confront anyone about it, you may be subconsciously making yourself tired as an excuse to slack off, giving less because you're not getting rewarded.

In other words, it's not something that can be diagnosed over the Net. But at least you recognize it's a problem, which is the first step to finding a solution. Good luck.

Quit your job. Obviously your job isn't making you realize the American Dream.
