Anybody can make a friend from any place around the worl in a chat room but friends that you personally know from different places is very possible as long as you are open to different cultures but alittle bit harder.

Internet-friends are easy to get, but if you live in ruanda, it`s kind of expensive to travell to see friends in person, if you have them from all over the world.
