I have recently gotten out of friends with benefits relationship which I had been in for just over a year. This has been over now for 3 months. She was already in a friends with benefits relationship with a man who is living with his girlfriend and has been for 3 years.

I accepted the other man because I was really into her however yet another man arrived on the scene who she met in a club in another sexual relationship. It was then she said she no longer wanted to have sex with me.

You are certainly entitled to feel hurt if you want. But what did you really expect in this deal from the start? You got involved with a girl who was already involved in a sorry triangle with somebody else. Did you honestly think she would drop them all for you exclusively? Or did you think you could also have a friends with benefits set up, except you would be the one to walk off first? This sounds like you wanted the cake and icing , and you got the crumbs off the plate instead. If you just want sex, then you need to keep your heart and your zipper in separate containers. If you want a mature relationship, then you need to look for better candidates for the other half of the equation. For starters, I suggest that you don't choose somebody who already treats relationships so casually. The arrangements this girl had should have been enough to warn you off at the start, and they didn't. I don't know what else to tell you, except you don't find diamonds in garbage usually. If it's first rate you want, you need to start looking in a better place.

Friends with benefits generally means no stings attached sex sessions.
Its hard not to get attached sometimes. But that is the idea..not to get attached..the idea is just to get off.
You can always tell her that you enjoyed your time together and would like to keep the offer open if she decides to "come back" or you can flat out confess your love and desire for her and see where that goes. Nothing ventured nothing gained. She says no bugger off you still arent any further behind than before.
I had been hurt in a beneficial friends situation once it sucked but you move on.
I have had one for years and years with a fellow friend of mine. He and I no longer see each other sexually but we do on occasion see each other socially for coffee and a chat. Its nice to know though that the offer is always open.
I hope that you can get over this girl and that you find yourself a good woman to share things with.

Hmmm... does'nt it make you wonder why there are so many sexually transmitted disease (STD's) out there?
If I were you, I'd be happy to get out of such a relationship sooner or later consequences start taking place, and no one is worth a life threatning disease...

sounds like she is a nymph and you may want to go get checked out. You need to find a good woman and forget about her. She has no feelings for you.

Yes I would be hurt as you have every right to be. Next time think with your head. Watch what people do as well as what they say
