i want to act in disney channel if i sent an audition tape will they watch it ?

First off all, to work in us your cousin needs to be a legal sitizen or have a green card. If she doenst have that and stay for longer than the visa programe she is considered an illegal immigrant and I doubt a major company like Disney would accept that. Second the above answer is right, Even thou DC might do some off it shows there is a jungle off production companys out there who makes production for DC. See at the end or begining off youre favorite shows to find out what production company do what programme. With that said there are open call auditions where wanna be actress like youre sister could test theyre luck and maybe find theyre way into tv programes/movies/theme parks but if she is serious about acting she should seek to get an agent rather than fight with every one that havent one. Agents are the gatekeepers of the us enterteinment industry and if youre cousin is found to be a great actress by the agents theyre sure to tell the rest off the industry how good she is. BUT: dont do anything with agents that charge you for anything, serious agents take a percentage off theyre actress income instead. With that said I wish youre cousin good luck! But remember there is millions off happy wanna be actors/actress out there that fight for the few slots open per year. And even if you get a foothold in the industry youre likely to be far away from youre dreamparts and the success storys youre probebly dreaming off. Deciding for an career as actor/actress should be based on a strong foundation on passion for acting, not a quest for fame, cause very few be that lucky.

Of course they will watch it and if they find you suitable for any role they will call you too for auditions at various level.
