is it true that birth control pills make ur breasts grow?..if not what does?..weight?..pills?..lotions??

There is no lotion or potion that will grow bigger breasts. Your final size was determined by your genetics, and the only thing that can change that involves plastic surgery and big money. You can do some exercises to develop the underlying support muscles, and that will give you a firmer bustline, which in turn will appear larger. Failing that, a good quality padded bra can always be useful to improve appearance in clothing. Birth control pills do not increase your size, but pregnancy will- if at least temporarily. Sorry, the other stuff is just a waste of money.
