I' d like to promote it either on the 'Net, though I don't have a Website cos I don't know how to set one up, or by other means, or both.

Set up a blog on www.blogger.com
Its the same as a website, free and easy to do even if you have never done it before.

Could you not do it on a blog 360? Do you have that on yahoo?? If you do it may well be worth putting a sample on there and making it available to other users on here to look at.
Just an idea to get you started. If you dont already have a blog page you could always start one and use that as your opening page.
