walking is great and swimming is good too...
Swimming is a wonderful way for pregnant women to exercise, and it's generally considered very safe. But check with your doctor or midwife before you take the plunge.
If you swam consistently before you got pregnant, you should be able to continue. If you didn't exercise at all, you should still be able to swim now — you'll just need to start slowly. Do some gentle stretching beforehand, do a few warm-up and cool down laps, and don't overexert. You'll learn how to work out at the appropriate intensity by listening to your body.
The water itself poses no risk to you or your baby: Research hasn't found any health hazards for healthy pregnant women from the bacteria, chlorine, or other chemicals in pools. But do skip the hot tub and sauna, as overheating can hamper the development of a growing fetus, according to various studies.

Walk is a sufficient exercise for this stage .But doing things at home that involve slow forward bends or stooping down should be done for short intervals as a training for the confinement. My granny used to make all the expectant mothers do all the odd jobs at home under her watchful eye, and all of them had smooth easy deliveries at home with a Midwife in attendance. With better facilities today we should do more exercises.

Yes, walking is sufficient. Walk in the morning before the sun comes up and in the evening when the sun sets down, but is still not dark. a 10-20 minute walk would do.

You should walk as much as your body will allow. You need a lot of strength to push that little one out...I wish I would have walked more to work on my endurance when I was pregnant. You don't want to add any exercise you haven't been doing regularly so walking is very beneficial.

You need to ask your doctor. At this point, you shouldn't do more than you're used to.
Walking at a good pace can be fine....unless you have limitations.
Don't do anything that uses your stomach (not that you could).
