eh? do you mean playing the game with Greek letters instead of English ones? If so as long as everyone playiong can speak and write greek then why not?
If you mean as words e.g Alpha, Beta, Omega etc then of course as these are widely used in English and often have new English meanings assigned to them.

Greek letters, no. English spelling of Greek letters, yes.
For example, PE, XU, XI, CHI, EPSILON, and GAMMA are all english spellings of Greek letters, and therefore are acceptable in the game of Scrabble.

nope. scrabble is an english game, to make up englisg words, if you want to play it in greek then all the owrds made up must be greek. hope i helped. xoxo
