Because the people who did it are likely to be sly as well as guilty and will cover their tracks. Often they will have a winning and persuasive personality and be able to get away with stuff. The innocent person won't be as convincing because they aren't expecting the accusation even though they're being truthful.

We're all put into boxes by other people, it's their prejudices and preconceptions that cause this problem. This person has a sullen sort of face, must be guilty, blame him, it's easy. That person is a cheeky lovable type. Can't possibly be him.

Sometimes if someone puts a foot wrong once, they're then classified as a trouble maker. Particularly in the school situation with highly stressed teachers. Sometimes it's due to the incompetence of the accusers, as with the police. Don't get me started! Generally, it's probably just human frailty and people in authority who lack good reasoning powers or insight into dealing with problems correctly. It's unfair that this impacts mainly on children and the vulnerable.

I used to get so mad and wonder the same thing. It's because this society praises lying, cheating, stealing, and being unfair because thats how people get ahead. It's also because it's easier to let happen. Being fair takes work, and we know most people are lazy and would rather not be fair, but let what ever happen, happen, as long as it doesn't bother them. If it bothers them, they punish the easiest target, not the one who's really at fault. And the victim can speak out all he or she wants, but if those in power don't care to listen, what you say means nothing. This society isn't and doesn't condone fairness, and whats right, or true justice. I've felt so bad about this because I actually followed the rules always, until I learned finally that following the rules doesn't always work.

This is why the court system isn't about what is right or wrong. that would be too hard, too much work. It's instead about money, and what lawyer sounds the most convincing. Basically a drama class and who ever looks like the most believable actor wins.

This is why good people usually finish last. Because we believe in what we were taught as children.....to believe that as long as you do the right thing, everything works out and your good. When in actuality, you can do all the ringht things and still lose. No one teaches kids that...at least no one told me.

It is all to do with karma. This is a complicated topic so i will make it simple.

You know how you have a set of scales, if you add more weight to one side, it tilts in that direction, & and to get it balanced again you have to add an equal weight on the other scale.
Karma is that.

On one scale is everything good you have done in, & the other scale has everything bad that you have done.

Everyone has their own Karma (& so their own set of scales), if for example, you help someone who is in pain, your scale now is tilted to towards the good side, so sometime in the future there will be someone who will aid you when you are in pain. Thus balancing out the scale.

Same goes for when you do something bad, if you cheat someone, your scale now is tilted to towards the bad side, so sometime in the future you will be cheated by someone else. Thus balancing out the scale.

This is simplified with the saying:
'What goes around, comes around'.

Now you must be wondering 'But why does so much bad/good stuff happen to me?'

This is explained in the second point about Karma, it is linked with re-incarnation (where your soul is re-born & it goes through as many lives necessary to balance out its Karma).

When you die your body dies & what you did in that life dies with the body, but the souls doesn't & it is the soul that remembers what you have done in your past life.

A bit like a recordable cd (soul), you add what you have done on your current computer (body) onto the cd. When you throw your computer away (the body dies), what you did on the computer goes with it, but what you did on the computer is still on the cd (soul). So when you change to a new computer (re-birth), the new computer (current life) does not know what you did on the old computer (past life), but it is still on the cd (soul).

You may be wondering 'But i don't remember what i did in my last life', that's because if you did remember, you would have a dual identity, a split personility (& thus the condition 'Schizophrenic')

Going back to the question, the reason why some people get the blame for things they did not do, is because in their previous life they where the ones who got away with it. Thus that part of their Karma has been balanced out.

I think that sometimes the person with the fault is very convincing. Ya know, all those lies to conceal everything. But, I guess being the person getting the blame means that you should learn from it. There are many things to learn in life. Besides consider this--the person who blames doesn't know the truth.

Because people are mean and some poor innocent ends up been the scapegoat for them, only one way to stop been blamed for things is to stay away from shallow people and stand up and be counted.

because the ones that did it are sly and more than likely good liars as well .Its not nice and not fair but thats the way it is but don`t forget the saying what goes round comes round and with a bit of luck what they do to others will come back on them .
