y= - 2x+13-------------(2)
(1) = (2), 0.5x + 4 = -2x + 13
2.5x = 9
therefore, x = 3.6
substituting x= 3.6 into (1) OR (2)
y=0.5(3.6) + 4
therefore y = 5.8
there is only one intersection point at x= 3.6 and y = 5.8
