You are stressed out, in pain, haven't slept properly or taken in nourishment- no wonder you are ready to cry, you are overhwhelmed. This is a natural thing to do when you have all this pressure on you. That bad back can actually cause all of these overwhelming feelings because even though you try to carry on, whenever someone is in pain, it takes the focus away from all this other stuff and interrupts our attention span. You need to take something to ease the back pain, get something to eat and rest. When you catch up on your sleep and ease the pain, everything else will fall back into the right place. Good luck to you.

It's stress. learn to cope with it. First sit down and relax, breath deeply several times. and try to see what is stressing you out so bad other than the bad back.
Maybe you can bring something to help your back while on your asignments. LIke a heating pad or deep heat salve,.
YOu need to eat right regardless, and don't sit around moping.. Do soemthing to relax you and have fun. Stop several times a day and as I said abouve . relax, take deep breaths, maybe light exercise.
Find out what exercise would be good for your back.

Sometimes we just need to cry. It's a way of releaving stress in our lives. So instead of fighting the urge to cry, just let yourself go. Who cares why you're crying, cause truth is, you're feel much better after you have a good cry, less stressed.

may be stress but sounds more like depression, the best thing you can do is see your doctor but you can in the meantime try natural remedies to help you slesep like drinking ovaltine...stay free of high sugar and caffeine, that will help, try and eat small portions but often make them vegetables with seretonin (also present in chocolate) and going to the gym which also releases seretonin which is a hormone that makes you feel happy. hope that helps!
