You can't discipline a snake. If he tries to bite you, he's probably frightened. If your snake goes to bite when you pick him up, the best thing you can do is carry on picking him up. If he bites during handling, don't put him down right away. That sends the message that if he bites, he gets to go back in his nice home which is what he wants. Basically, if he bites you, ignore him. Act like nothing happened. That way he'll learn that he doesn't get his way by being aggressive.

Good luck!

You only need to send YOURSELF a message about watching what you are doing during handling, daily care and at feeding time. Snakes are not puppies and will not act like one no matter how hard you throw it against a wall.

Seriously, snakes are more like fish or insects. You can't train a snake any more than an hissing cockroach. You should by some snake care books though.

A snake is a wild animal. Even if it's hand raised, it still has wild instincts. The best way to not be bitten is to know what you are doing. Avoid quick movements that might imitate prey. Also make sure you feed the snake often enough so it's not irritable due to hunger. If you hit/abuse a snake it is considered animal cruelty. :(
Owning a snake does run the risk of getting bitten and you need to realize that.

You don’t discipline a snake. Their mental capabilities are far to little to understand any form of punishment. Place the snake back into its cage, wash your wound, and try again tomorrow. A snake will learn to be calm by your constant presence and handling. Another words a “friendly” snake is actually just not identifying you as a threat.

Easiest way, you dont. There's no way to 'discipline' a snake, it's in their nature, most are wild caught. A snake's going to attack if you ever strike it back. If my python bites me when I'm putting it's food into it's tank, I do nothing. If I'm handling it and it bites, I put it in its' tank for the rest of the day.

this comes in line with teaching a pig to sing.

It wastes your time and annoys the pig

You do not train a snake not to strike unless you have a LOT of time and don't mind getting bite during the training. and bit a lot.

Read a lot about snakes and keep your hands out of reach!

You cannot discipline a reptile, they do not operate that way..

I don't think you can but if it becomes repetitive behavior you could try rubbing habenaro all over the spot it trys to bite.
