I wear mine pushed down but not really all the way and I wear them with jeans/shorts,t-shirts/sweat shirts, and with tennis shoes/keds.

I'm non-teen (23)... sometimes I wear them scrunched with hiking boots (only if they're not white socks)... sometimes I wear them all the way up with skate shoes because it looks comical and I just love looking a little goofy. I wear either of these 'styles' with baggy shorts that reach past my knees (shants? clamdiggers? whatever they're called). I think it looks awesome, and whoever disagrees can go piss up a rope.

I only wear them with pants so I wear them dork way. shoes-loafers or tennis shoes. Attire sweater or long sleeved blouses.
