I'm finding that I'm spending alot of time on the internet or in my room even though I play alot of sport and that.
How do I get a life?

I know that I am alive and all that crap but I just need help to be able to leave my room of MSN and MySpace and do something that I feel is contributing to society but I'm still in my teens, so I'm not able to get a job as a volunteer.

Seriously woman! What you need to do is treat your computer like anything else. You have to dedicate time periods, For example when you play sports a game will last a certain amount of time.
Treat you PC time like a sporting event. Pull out the stop watch and start the countdown timer. Set a time like 2 hours or something and be disciplined for your own sake.
Otherwise you will end up like millions of other Internet junkies who have forgotten how to socialize in real life. Its a sickness woman. I been there and done that so i know how you feel.

Thought and EFFORT . plan on doing something and get up out of your seat and go out and doit . whether walking to the mall, ice skating or visiting a friend in the hospital if your exposure is
nil your life is diminished . start a video club buy collect and share dvds with your friends and relatives ....

Life is what you make of it...if you can find meaning in life you will have accomplished what it means to be alive and you will feel it...its not what you do but how you do it that counts...going through the motions will not mean much...but taking an active role in life will uncover things you might not have expected...

You already have one. What is it that you think you're supposed to be doing? Going to parties every night, drinking, having casual sex? None of that will get you anywhere. Instead, you should help us figure out how to not die! Lol.
