decoupage sheet?

is there anyone who can do me a decoupage sheet of SOOTY from the childrens show 'sooty and sweep'.i cant get the hang of making my own sheets and would be grateful if anyone can help.

I don't think there are any to buy..have you tried photocopying a decent picture several times...then cutting..or is that what you were saying in the first place.
