are the execution plan of the views stored on the ram when sql server has been started.Then if number of the views are increased than we actually worsen the performance??

Views affect performance , only when query is written over them.
Since they don't actually exist on the Secondary media, the database server has to perform lot of computations to actually generate the view over which the query can be performed.
