Premature Ejaculation is only related to intercourse, not masturbation. You may be training yourself to premature ejaculate, since most teenage boys rush to do the act for the fear of getting caught. Just learn to relax while masturbating and take your time, when you feel that you are about to ejaculate, stop and let the feeling go and start up again. Until you actually have intercourse a couple of times, then you will know if you have it or not.

If you are a virgin, you have no idea if you have premature ejaculation. Intercourse is not the same as masterbation. Guys masterbating have one goal- to get off. Most guys don't take the time to sexually please themselves, the expected result is a quick release often without a significant orgasm.
Sex with a girl is totally different--true you might shoot off right away, but then that's because you are focusing on the sex act itself, not mutually pleasing each other. When I first started having sex with a girl, I could masterbate to release in a couple of minutes if I wanted. But for several years after starting regular intercourse, I usually lasted 40-50 minutes before release. Quicker nowadays, but still no comparison to hand stimulation. You might try practicing bringing yourself to near climax, then quiting, so you don't ejaculate right away. Or focus on just enjoying yourself fully, big difference between making love to yourself and just jacking off.

If you are a virgin, how do you know that you will have premature ejaculation during intercourse, just because you come quickly during masturbation? Try intercourse and see.

Wear a condom. This partially desensitizes the situation. Also, get to know your body. If you feel an orgasm, slow down or pause. There are no pills.
