let one angle be x and the other y
so x= 20+2y
x+y= 180
so x= 180-y
substitute in
x=20+2y
180-y=20+2y
3y=160
so y=160/3
x= 180-160/3
=(540-160)/3
=380/3

1st angle = x
2nd angle = 2x - 20
________________
3x - 20 = their sum
3x - 20 = 180, because it is supplementary
3x - 20 + 20 = 180 + 20 (do the same changes on the other side)
3x = 200 66 2/3 X 2 = 133 1/3 - 20 = 113 1/3
3x/3 = 200/3 113 1/3 + 66 2/3 = 180
x = 66 2/3
one of the angles is 66 2/3º, while the other angle is 113 1/3º

Very easy sum......
Supplementary angles add upto 180.
Let one angle be x and according to the sum other angle is 2x+20
Therefore solving the equation.....
x+2x+20=180
or 3x=180-20
or x=160/3
or x=53.3333

Therefore other angle is 180-53.333333333=126.66

So, we have x+y=180, and x=2y+20. So 3y+20=180. So y = 160/3, and x = 380/3. Not very nice numbers, but I guess it works.
