I used to run an adult site and act in videos, so I can tell you what I took and what I take now when I need to perform. Cialis or Viagra gets you hard. Xanax or another benzodiazapine or a drink keeps you relaxed. A mild painkiller like Ultram (tramadol) numbs you a bit. Add them up and you'll get the desired effects. Im not a doctor though, and doing this is probably a BAD BAD idea. Just Cialis or Viagra will get you hard, but you still might finish too fast. Thats where the other stuff comes into play. Dont do what Im detailing. Bad idea.
